Who publishes this site
This site is published by BUCROMEDIA SRL. Each list is prepared by Marian Titu, consultant, who runs the fixed rules, checks the result and publishes it. Full details are on the About page.
Our interest in what we publish
A personal account of a family member of the publisher's administrator owns every holding on the list. On this site, “we” means the publisher and, where different, the owner of the positions. It buys additions and sells removals in the opening auction on the list's effective date, before the list is published. It may benefit if prices move after publication.
No one connected with the publisher trades the listed securities except through these scheduled orders.
How long a list applies
Each list shows what we hold from its effective date until the next list takes effect. It says nothing about what we will hold after that. At each new list, any holding may be sold, reduced, kept or increased, and new holdings may be added. Every change comes from the same fixed rules, applied on a fixed monthly schedule: we do not choose when to sell.
We trade the listed securities only when a new list takes effect, and every change is published as soon as our orders have filled, on the same day; its seal is published the evening before we trade. If a trade between lists is ever unavoidable, for example after a takeover or a delisting, we will publish a dated notice before we trade.
Readers see each list only after we have traded it, so they trade at different prices, which may be better or worse than ours.

Times and prices
Every list shows when it was sealed, when it was published and when it took effect. Prices in the record are our own fill prices and month-end values from our broker statements. Quote links go to third-party sites that we do not control.
